The biggest irritation from customers
Do you know what the biggest irritation is with customers? That is right you guessed it, it is not being able to reach a business and get some help with your problem, when you have purchased a product or service from that business.
I see so many businesses small and large, without a telephone number on their website where customers can reach somebody to get some help. Customers want to talk to somebody when they are dissatisfied or can’t figure it out. Most customers are like me and don’t have the patience to go through a thick manual and try to figure out how something works; when they can’t figure it out they want to have a quick solution and be able to call a number that can help them quickly.
It really is not difficult for a business to set up a proper help desk, even if you are a small business you can still assign one or two people to answer the phone and help customers with their problem. Training and coaching your people how to communicate properly with your customer is essential for your business. Unfortunately I see so many businesses not spending time and money for training there employees well. I love the qoute, ‘Build your people and the people will build your business’
